We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following guidelines:

• Return within 14 days
• Return with proof of purchase
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
• Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below
• You will pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.
• If the return is the result of So Mee error, we will refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount. Return shipping fees will be communicated by email with us.

 

Excluded items (for a change of mind return):

• Already used
• Sale/Clearance
• Personalised product

   
Faulty Product Returns
If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide a free exchange or refund provided the item is returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.

Personalized products need to be made for 2-3 working days. After the completion of the production will be shipped immediately.

Orders delivered within the Netherlands should arrive in 2-3 business days . Orders shipped to the outside Netherlands will take additional days for delivery and are subject to an additional delivery fee depending on delivery location.
